Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

After ten years of marriage in Connecticut, a divorce happens. The wife owned the home before the marriage. The husband put repairs and $ into the house. Is he entitled to any of the house or could he force a sale?

He could do both. The wife may take out what she came into the marriage with and the husband may be entitled to one-half the appreciation accumulated during the 10 year marriage. If neither party wishes to buy the other out, then the court could order a sale.
