TRASH Family therapy HIPAA child service

My husband and I seen a family therapist to work out our married life. The therapy never seen me alone and does not know my Health history of any kind.. the therapist called child service's and said that I am bipolar and have many mental issues .. BUT it is not true.. he also told child service that my huband and i don't have sex.. what does my sex life have to do with my child.. we only seen him 2 times.. and he--name removed--my name to the child service.. Child service's will not remove it off my recorded.. so it looks like i am a crazy person that does not have sex...

I have seen another therapist and said i have nothing wrong with me.. WHat should I do to the family therapist that trashed my name to child service?

Child service close the case but it will be in my record for 5 years that i have mental issues.. WHAT DO I DO? I LIVE IN CT
