Validity of acknowledgements of paternity

Is an Acknowledgement of Paternity, if signed by a minor ,valid, if a parent or guardian is not present when it is signed?

Good question. My guess is it is not. A minor can't enter into a contract, so I think the acknowledgment would be ineffective. Better to get a DNA test.
