Can I go to court to change my visitation rights because I no longer live in the state that my children do?

Re: Visitation

Yes you can modify the visitation. If the children still live in CT you will probably have to file it in CT since it's the home state of the children.

I would need more information.

Re: Visitation

Yes, you can change your visitation rights. Depending on your reasons for moving out of state, you may even be able to reduce child support to offset some of the added expense of out-of-state visitation (flight tickets, accomodations, etc). Feel free to call to speak to me for further information. (office 800.856.6400; cellphone 860.977.0660)
