My ex husband wants to take my 2 daughters out of the country on vacation. I have primary custody of the girls. Can he do so without my written consent??

You would certainly be entitled to object to any visit if it interfered with your custody rights. However, such a visit may be permissable where it does not interfere with custody. You should consult an attorney to review any separation agreement and court order to determine what, if any, action you may take to prevent the visit.
