Legal Question in Family Law in Connecticut

My wife lives in Korea

I was married in S. Korea and now want a divorce. I live in the USA and she lives in Korea. We are both US citizens. How would I go about serving her? We have no property, no children, and we make about the same amount of money.

Re: My wife lives in Korea

You can serve her by registered mail, sent by a marshal here, if you're sure she'll sign for it (I'm assuming she's in agreement). If not, you can have a process server in Korea serve her in person. It's a bit more expensive, but it gets the job done.
