I work full time, If I have to get a second job to make ends meet, does my ex-wife have to pay her portion of any childcare that I may incur?

Possibly. Usually parties have to share any work-related child care pursuant to the child support guideline percentages. If you have a good argument on why you have to work the second job, then you may be able to convince a court to enforce these provisions under your circumstances.
