Legal Question in Medical Leave in Connecticut
FMLA and vacation pay
I work for UPS and was on FMLA for 10 weeks in 2009.Our vacation is 1/52 of our previous years salary.UPS is using my FMLA time in their formula which will cost me apprx. 1,500 dollars this year.Is this legal?
