Breech of contract

i made a contract with my co-signer on a car loan stating that i would only drive it 400 miles a month outside of work driving and that if i missed three payments on the loan that i would sell the co-signer the car. he later, after i signed it and missed one payment went and changed the number 3 to a 2. and was trying to force to sell him the car. does this breech the contract?
