Civil Action

a state agency has issued a civil action based on information supplied b a third party. The information is inaccurate and that is irrefutable. The hird party was sued by me for contract violations, lost and then filed a complaint with the state agency

It sounds like you are wondering if the judgement you have against these parties can be used in the state civil action.
