Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Connecticut

condo association

the attorney acting on behalf of the property management company that manages my condo, withdrew the case he filed against me for condo fees, when pointed out that i was not responsible for the late fees and legal fees as the issue was due to their client's error. he then made my mortgage company paid the full amount. the mortgage company paid without first validating amount claimd with me. what recourse do i have?

You didn't say whether the mortgage company is seeking reimbursement from you. If it is, then it's between you and the mortgage company.

Your only recourse is a lawsuit.
