Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Connecticut
Custom pool cover.
My company provided a custom winter pool cover for a client on Oct. 12, 2006. On this date the product was installed and paid for by the client soon after. On Nov. 29, 2007 the now former client claims the cover is not acceptable, and is threatening to get lawyers involved for a new cover. What do I do?
