Domestic living situation
My Boyfriend has not been home in 4 nights. There are problems with some violence issues. Can I change the locks and remove his belongings from my appartment. He pays no rent nor helps with any household business

You could, however, you also could face charges of "criminal lockout." If he has been living there and it's been his home you could be arrested. Although, I have never seen anyone arrested for this crime, it could happen.
Your best bet is to go down the the local police station and talk to a sargent. See what they suggest. Every police department has a different policy in how they treat these situations.
Don't you know someone who could talk to him and get him to agree to remove his belongings?
