Fallen Tree

I had a large tree fall on my property

that is not my tree, who is responsible

for paying to have the tree removed.

The tree was dead and rotten inside but

I didn't notice that before it fell because

its not near my property at all.

I think the person who's property the tree was growing on should be responsible.
