Home robbery

My house was robbed and i am not happy with the charges pending on the suspect, what is my legal rights? Who do i complain to and can i seek resitution for stolen items ?

I believe you can contact the victim's advocacy at the criminal courthouse. You may also be able to speak to a prosecutor about the case.
