Misquote
I was misquoted in a local newspaper. If I make a statement to a reporter and he quotes me as saying something else is there anything I can do about it?

This is probably libel and is actionable
The real question is "what are your
actual damages?" Without these, you
probably will have difficulty finding
someone to spend considerable time, money
and expense in simply proving a point
