when a motion is marked off and must be reclaimed, what is the time limited within which to do a reclaim in civil/foreclosure matter

There is no specific time constraints for reclaiming a Motion to the calendar. However, keep in mind that you must have a strong working knowledge of the Connecticut Practice Book so as to know when a Motion is ripe to be filed or if it has become moot or is not yet ripe. There are directions to the order of Motions that can be found in the Practice Book. I suggest retaining counsel soon as you should not be handling civil litigation without an experienced, well recommended attorney.
