moved, can't get deposit back from old address landlady? what do i need to take her to court for it?

Lease Or rental agreement would be good but not neccesary. Landlady was required to give you a written statement of costs to apply against the deposit within 30 days. Barring that she must return it to you with interest. Contact us for further information. 203.870.6700. Depending on the amount in question,(less than 5k), you can sue in small claims court .
