Wanted attorney v.s. hacker and Internet service .

I found some one who hacked into my computer systems, left me with a bill, and trashed hundreds of hours worth of work.

If you know who the hacker is, you can recover damages from him or her. He very likely also committed a crime. You may have other remedies as well
