Legal Question in Immigration Law in Connecticut

In my daughter's foreign country birth certificate, her name is not printed. I need to make a sworn affidavit executed by either parents for the birth of my daughter. How should I get it please?

Hello:

You need to get an official amendment from the Hall of Records from that country to amnd the birth certificate to get what is needed.
