I had argument with my wife last year, the cops came and arrested me for BREACH OF PEACE 2ND DEG & INTERFERE WITH OFFCR/RESISTING,, they let me out on promise to appear, upon my release the judge issued a protective order, should not get in trouble anymore, had me take 9 weeks of Anger Manager class, and appear back in court in October. In Mar I had another fight with my wife call the, cop they came out but did not do any arrest. 2 month after the fight Im now finding out that my wife complaint to the Police Department about mishandling of the situation, so they came out took a statement from her, I was arrested last night for violating the protective order and due back in court in 2 week. she is now filing for a divorce and my conditional resident expired in oct, what will happen when I reapply for my green card, I only have picture of us on vacation and a health card to show that I enter the marriage in good faith, also I've moved out. What will happen with my case?

Based on the information that you provided, you should be concerned more about the arrests. They may affect your ability to remove the conditions. You contact an attorney to discuss the effect of the arrests and of the divorce on your ability to renew your green card.

If you are not a citizen, you must be careful as to the conviction of any charges. As to your ability to reapply for a green card, I would need more information in order to fully assess your status. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
