Legal Question in Immigration Law in Connecticut
I'm currently in the US on an F2 visa. I arrived the USA on Sep 2014. I have applied the graduate university and attended the courses as full time student since Jan 2015. Right now the school told me that I can't study in F2 visa. And I have violated the terms of my F2 visa. What should I do? Can I apply the Form I-539 right now? What if I quite the school? Do I have to leave the USA?
