Hi, When I file for H1 work visa after completion of study on F1 student visa, what basic salary do I need to get paid from my employer in order to get approval of H1 visa?

You should be paid the prevailing wage for the position. The following website may be helpful: http://www.flcdatacenter.com/OesWizardStart.aspx but as you can see the H1B visa status program is quite complex. You should proceed through a qualified lawyer experienced in immigration law.
