Immmigration through employment

I am EB 3 ROW, PD Feb, 2006

My question is regarding the most recent October visa bulletin. Any idea why did EB 3 Row moved to mid 2002? Can I have any hope for the near/ far future?

"Retrogression," occurs when visa availability goes backward in time as a result of high demand by those with earlier priority dates. Those with earlier priority dates are handled first before those with later dates. It cannot be predicted how long it will take for the priority date to advance to 2006.
