Legal Question in Immigration Law in Connecticut

Moving to the USA - visa question

Hi, My boyfriend has asked me to move in with him. The only problem is that I'm English and he is American. I don't have an immigrant visa, so I have to visit sporadically at the moment. How can I get a visa to live and work over here?

What visa options do I have? Thanks very much.

You have to go through a certain process in order to obtain permission to remain here.
