Naturalization

Hi there,

If I would move to my home

country after I am naturalized,

whitin the 1st year of naturalization, would I loose

my citizenship?

No, unless there was some fraud in obtaining your naturalization. But that is really a seperate issue.

No. You will not. But you may want to get a U.S. Passport before you go and review the DOS website about the ways that one who is a USC can lose the Citizenship status.
