Legal Question in Immigration Law in Connecticut
I have a paper sent to me and it said " the department of homeland security requests the the above entitled matter be reopened and terminated without prejudice. The respondent was ordered removed in absentia on or about November 10, 1988. Another sheet was given " Order of the Immigration Judge" sheet. The alien number is different the one on my green card, so what does this mean? Should I be worried? Is the government trying to deport me?
