No pay slips....can i have my H1 visa transferred??
Hello Sir
I have received my H1 visa some time back but my company could not find a job for me yet.Now that I have not worked,I do not have any pay slips.
How can my H1 visa transfer work in this case??Are there any other documents possible that would make things work out??
Please Help!!
Thanks.

You may want to apply for just the status and not an extension so pay slips are not an issue. But, then you must show that you were not out of status when you seek the visa outside of the US.
