I am planning to marry a Filipina women who is legally living in Taiwan and is a permenent Taiwan resident. we have known each other for 23 years and I have been there several times. I want to file for a K-1 but she wants to Marry in Taiwan, go to the Philipeans then come to America, Which is the best course of action and the quickest?

The quickest way would probably be to marry her, then apply for the K3 visa so that she may reside in the US while her greencard application is pending. For assistance, please contact my office at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected].
If she wants to marry abroad, I would go ahead and apply for an immigrant visa through the U.S. Consulate abroad since the K-3 processing takes about the same amount of time. Consular processing would also save you some money. If you would like her to come here sooner rather than later and you are willing to marry in the U.S., she may enter on a K-1 visa (fiance visa) and you will have 90 days after her entry to get married.
Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
