start a business in US, business Visa from India
Hi,
i am from india, and i have a company india from past 25 years, we manufacture handy craft goods and export to USA,
my question is can i start a business in USA with my Business visa.
if i can how will that be possiable,

Is your company in India interested in sending you here to open up a new branch, affiliate, or subsidiary? If so then your company may be eligible to apply for an L-1A Visa on your behalf.

Yes, you can start a business in USA. However, details regarding what type of business you propose; or what kind of a business structure you plan to have, etc are important to know before a detailed advice can be given.
It may be prudent for you to form a Company in USA and do your business in US from that company.
You may also apply for and get a L-1 visa after opening the US company.
