Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Connecticut
Displaying items without its brand name
If I were to use an image of a product but take off the brand name of that product so that basically the shell is what the viewer sees, am I infringing on any laws?

Re: Displaying items without its brand name
Yes, esp if the product is readily recognizable or part of its protected TM status, e.g Coke Bottle, VW Beetle, Apple IPOD. Why are you displaying these products?
