I am considering selling coffee online and using the name "Paul's Blend" (my first name).There is a company selling coffee under the name "Pawl's Coffee" (his last name). Is there a conflict?

Among the factors to consider are: whether the other company is in close geographic proximity to you or at least in your state? Whether there will be confusion between you two? Whether the other company filed for state or federal trademarks? Whether the other company has the financial resources to enforce any possible claim of infringement?
