Caught my boss masterbating and am worried how this will affect me

I started working for a company 5 months ago. I am a sales person with a proven track record and have done well despite the unorganized ways of the company. My company has 3 branches and I work for someone in another state BUT one of the owners works at my branch.

A few days ago, a very unfortunate thing happened. At approximately 9:15 AM I walked to the owners office door. The door was almost closed and I knocked and heard what I thought was a ''Ya?'' and opened the door. He had his pants down and pornography on his computer. This was in full view as his desk is adjacent to the door and computer screen in full view. He was exposed and was in the midst of masterbation.

I sent a copy of this information to my email to time and date that this happened as I was worried that now he might be too embarrassed to have me around. I admit I am embarrassed and upset about this too.

Now, on the same day I find that he called my boss out of state and is having him come in and give me a review. How should I handle this situation?

Did you mention this incident to any co workers? How did the owner react upon your entering his office? Do you have an employment contract? What is the standard procedure for employee reviews? It is difficult to advise you on handling the situation, but I would tell you to document everything and if there is a way to figure out whether he called your out of state boss before the "incident", that might be helpful.
