Civil Suit..late Pay Checks

I am wondering if I take can take action against my former employer for late pay checks..often 1-2 months late. For late fees, NSF fees and destroying my credit. I left the company for this reason and am still owed 1 weeks vacation, can I get this back as well. Thanks

Yes you are entitled to recovery from the company. You are certainly entitled to your vacation pay also. Assert your rights!
