contact needed, protection against possible losting job

i work for the kinght of columbus for seven years i have asked for a contact of any kind, and i gotten nothing. i feel i have no protection against someone saying one day u have no job, and im out in the cold, they give me nothing, i have worked many hours, i went on a 6 mouth unempoyment for them to help out and still i feel that the board has people no it with dis like for me so they can do whatever they want. i need help to let me know what i can do to protect my self.

You should inquire into whether the company maintains a disciplinary policy and then contact an attorney to determines your rights under the policy.
