Legal Question in Employment Law in Connecticut
What is the extent of liability for an employer who does not take any corrective or disciplinary action against physically abusive managers?
1 Answer from Attorneys
The employer opens the door to legal action by the affected employees. This is serious and the matter needs to be addressed immediately by an attorney.
