Implementation of benefit change
My company recently announced that a our paid time off benefit had been changed yet at the same time told us that the details of the policy (such as acrrual rates) were not final. We are expected to wait until the end of the quarter (August) to learn about the changes to the policy. Can employees be subject to a policy that is unknown or not final?
