When i got a job at ..Lets say the name is the owner of this small store made me sign a paper saying that i would be punished by bare butt spanking as a term of employment.. If i didn't sign this paper i didn't get the job..At the time i didn't think thats actually what it meant. nor did i get a copy of this agreement. When i asked about it he changed the subject or left the store shortly after. Well.. At some point i denied the spankings ( yes i went through with them after some point of threats of losing the job and all that jazz ) and he took me off the calendar for it. told me to turn in my keys and everything associated with losing a job. and kept trying to get me to go through with the orig agreement.. I have sense quit this job.. i signed the paper 2 and a half years ago and quit about 3 months ago.. Isn't this illegal? can't something be done? This killed me inside. I still don't know what to think and I'm to ashamed to tell anyone.. It honestly feels like a part of me died inside every time he went through with the spankings.. And ill never get my dignity back.
