Legal Question in Employment Law in Connecticut

Unfairly terminated?

I am an 18 year old male who recently was terminated from my position as a busboy at The Hideaway Roadhouse in Merrow, Ct. From the beginning of my employment I experienced sexual harassment of the mild variety -- touching, slaps on the back, hugs, patting of my behind and questions regarding my love life and sexual preference from my boss the restaurant owner. I was called yesterday by the restaurant chef and told that I was fired. When I confronted my boss as to why he claimed that I was a ''nuisance'' and that I fraternized with the staff too much. It is my personal belief that since the owner of the restaurant is gay and I am not, and the establishment attracts a typically homosexual clientele, that I was fired in a reverse discrimination. The wait-staff I had been ''fraternizing'' with, is female. My boss also informed me that he believes me to be homophobic because I ''back away when he tries to touch me.'' Have I been unfailry terminated?
