Legal Question in Employment Law in Connecticut

Wrongful Termination

I was employed by a mid size company for five years. In the fifth year, the company split into two seperate legal entities. The new company hired me as their credit manager. The new company also bought another company, which increased its size by 200%. I had the same job resposibilities. The new company was not following procedures outlined by the parent company and I brought this to my supervisors attention numerous times via email and in person. The new company does not have a policies and procedure manual for our seperate legal entity. They did not give me a review or written/oral warning. Last Friday they terminated me. Do I have a case? Too many details to type.
