Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut

The defendants made a motion to open judgment the day after they were to start paying on the judgment which was 3 weeks after being notified of the judgment. Can I still file a wage garnishment action while waiting on the court's decision?

You should go ahead and try to file it. They would have to move to stay the proceedings.
