Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut
How Do I Evict my 30 Year Old Daughter?
My daughter is 30 and is on state assistance. We have no rental agreement but I have told her she needs to pay us 100/mo for food, shelter, utilities and other costs. It has been months since I have seen any ''rent''. She spends the money she receives on her destitute boyfriend, drugs and alcohol. I want her legal address changed so that she can't let the boyfriend into our residence while we're away which on 2 occasions have involved the police. Any advise is more than welcome.
