Eviction history
Hello im ms: delgado
im looking foward to move i apply to diffrents apts. And today i received a letter denied one of them,,, saying that i got eviction historyi never got in the pass apartments with any of the landlords never ever any eviction notice....Please help me what i could do?..Or where i could go to receive help with this problem. That history on my record could damege my clean and responsable person that i am. Thank you very much and good bless you. Sincerely ms: delgado.

You should ask the person who sent you the letter where they got their information. If it is on your credit report (Did you authorize them to check your credit report? Many landlords require this) then you need to correct the credit report. You will need to get copies of your credit report from all three credit reporting agencies and then write letters to each of them correcting the error.
I don't know where else there could be an eviction record if you never were evicted.
