Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut
Eviction Process
I am the administrator of my fathers estate. He left behind several properties which 3 of my siblings occupy. Since her death I have been wanting to evict 2 of the siblings 1 for being a nusiance and the other for non-payment of rent money. My question is do I have grounds to evict even though they are ''airs'' of the property? Please advise.

Re: Eviction Process
Yes, you do. The nuisance allegations are a bit tricky but there are other ways to evict if there is not a written lease. If you need help, i have been doing landlord work for 20 years and would be happy to speak with you.
