Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut

i am currently facing eviction. i have a ten month old daughter and a fiance who i mentaly and physically disabled. and it i the middle of winter. i am out of work and my fiance get disability. what if anything can i do?

It is very important that you NOT ignore the eviction suit. You must file a responsive pleading (called an Answer) as stated in the paperwork and you must appear on the court date to argue your case to the judge. Read the instructions on the paperwork you received and call the clerk at the Housing court if you don't understand anything or have questions.
