Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut
I have a house in ct. that I am renting out, I live in virginia, I am in the military. My tenant is behind on his rent by over two months. I want to start eviction. Can I have someone in ct. be a proxy for me when I can't get to ct?
