Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut
If a house for rent is shown with window blinds attached in all windows, an agreement is signed, then when the tenant moves in 2 of the blinds are gone. Does the landlord have to replace the blinds or does the tenant have to buy blinds?
