Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut
I am looking for info about CT no lease (month-to-month) laws between tenant's and landlord. I found info for other states but no much in CT. Also rights about renting a room from someone, are you considered a tenant of that person or are you a guest?
