landlord problum
rented a small comercial building. little rent was collected. the place is closed up, his wife said he was deported, some tools left in shop, also 2 junk cars, I have no key to get into my property now what can i do?

You have to file for an eviction. You cannot remove his personal property without obtaining the court order through eviction. If you need further help, you can email me at [email protected].
