Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Connecticut

I live in CT. I just received a summons summary process (eviction), yet prior to this I made a deal with my landlord about payment after I received the Notice to Quit. What do I do?

Call the landlord and ask him/her to withdraw the eviction action. If he/she will not then try to get the court to make the agreement an order of the court in the eviction action. You will need to answer the complaint and say that you have an agreement and then you must show up for your court date.
